- Roast chilli paste mixture until fragrant
- Pound thoroughly and fry with oil
- Cut up the beef
- Simmer the meat in the coconut milk until tender, use low heat
- Add chilli paste, potatoes, shallots, cinnamon, roasted peanut, cardamom and bay leaf
- Season with palm sugar, fish sauce and tamarind juice
- Add coconut cream, heat until boiling
